Refund policy

Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. Due to safety and health concerns, there are no exceptions to this policy.

Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• All sex toys
• Lingerie
• Condoms
• Lubricants

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to health and safety regulations, there are no exceptions to our zero return policy rule, unless the product is defective. If the product shows wear and tear before manufacturer's promised warranty, we strongly suggest reaching out to the manufacturer with your receipt proving date of purchase. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
