Kegel or ben-wa balls have been around for a very long time (Japanese courtesans are thought to have used them in the 1600s, for instance), but today, kegel exercise is a well-known practice in gynecological/obstetric circles. Kegels- the act of consciously and repeatedly flexing the pelvic floor muscles- can help tighten up the pelvic floor. A tighter pelvic floor leads to improved inner snugness, better control of continence after childbirth or surgery, the possibility of stronger, more intense orgasms and an overall happier vagina. 

Ok, back to the 6 Piece Kegel Set! Inside, you'll find two silicone cradles, a 4"/10.25cm long single and a 6"/15.25cm long double. Both securely hold your weighted ball(s) of choice and allow for easy insertion, adjustment and removal. The natural weightiness plus the rounded, comfortable shape provides a great-feeling object for your pelvic muscles to grip during wear.

Identical in shape and sexy silkiness, the pink, blue, purple and red balls differ only in weight. The lightest pale pink version weighs in at .71oz/20g, and is a perfect starting point to kegel practice. It'll provide the least resistance and require the least amount of 'flex' to keep it in place. If you find that one breeze, you can move on to the aqua ball at .88oz/25g, the darker pink at 1.06oz/30g and on through the heavier versions at 1.23oz/35g, 1.41oz/40g and 1.59oz/45g. Combine the balls for even more weight as your confidence and your pelvic floor grow stronger. Pro tip: use a little water-based lube for easy, comfortable insertion.
